Privacy

Summary of current practice. The full privacy policy will be published here.

• Instructors: email address (for sign-in) and the courses and assignments you create.
• Students: the name and optional email from the instructor's roster, the submitted negotiation and its scores. Students have no accounts.
• Links: stored only as one-way fingerprints; the link itself exists only in the copy given to the instructor.
• Access: an instructor can see only their own courses, enforced in the database.
• Faculty guide requests: the email (and optional name and institution) you enter, and when we emailed you. Used only to send the guide and one follow-up; every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all of it.
• Error monitoring: technical error reports exclude request contents, names, emails and links.
